Refund policy

• Before buying you can try every feature free for 14 days: please make sure first that UltraZone works on your computer.
• If something isn’t right after you buy, we refund the full amount if you ask within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.
• To ask, reply to your Lemon Squeezy order email or write to hello@ultrazone.app with your order number or purchase email. Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which sold you the license, and go back to the same payment method.
• Once refunded, the license is no longer valid and UltraZone stops working at the next check, after returning any windows it had changed to their normal state.
• After the 14 days, you still have the legal guarantee of conformity: if UltraZone doesn’t work as described and we can’t fix it, we refund you (see the terms, section 8).

This does not limit the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
